Our community is filled with caring loss parents who are here to share their support and insights to help you grieve, heal, and remember your baby. Join us at our Open Group to connect with peers who get it, talk about the issues that are on your mind, and consider a topical theme. Meeting links and discussion prompts will be shared via email prior to each session.
Everything feels harder and heavier when you are grieving. Everyday tasks and activities that once felt simple and enjoyable can now feel completely exhausting. What can we do to find moments of relief? This month, let’s share some of the ways we find glimmers of hope and healing to lighten the burden of being a bereaved parent.
